On each occasion parts of my garden wall suffered storm damage and I needed a large number of bricks removed at short notice. I have spoken to Tracey and Joanna on the phone both of whom are courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. They both function with confidence and competence. On the first 2 occasions the men arrived promptly, worked hard removed bricks and rubble and swept up. Each job took about 30 minutes. Excellent! On the last visit Tracey kindly arranged for men to arrive at 9 00 am. At 9 30 there was no sign of them. I phoned and Joanna said she would find out what had happened. She phoned back within 5 minutes with an answer and the men arrived shortly afterwards and did a fine job.
